Thanks to the partnership between Samsung and the photo sharing app, you can jump straight to Instagram features like editing, creating stories, and sharing pictures from your phone's camera app. That's right, you no longer need to leave apps to upload interesting photos straight to your Instagram.

During the presentation, new Instagram head Adam Mosseri took the first stunning (and slightly awkward) selfie with Samsung CEO DJ Koh using the S10 camera app. Then he added text and a hashtag, and immediately posted the finished image in his feed.

Naturally, Samsung calls this "the best Instagram experience" when compared to the competition. The smartphone will go on sale on March 8 years, and then users will be able to appreciate the work of the new option.

For example, it is not yet clear if it will be possible to add Instagram filters from the camera app. However, you will be able to share photos and videos directly to Instagram Stories, so this is a pretty powerful useful feature and not just a marketing ploy.

In addition, Samsung also announced that they are going to open the SDK for their camera so that third-party developers can start building apps that take advantage of the full range of camera functions.

The first partners will be Snapchat, Snow (a beauty and make-up recommendation app) and Lime (a bike and scooter sharing service), which can effectively integrate the S10 camera app into their apps. This will enable the implementation of new and useful functions.
